Topaz Moment is a utility to capture frames from video files, and save them as fixed images on your hard drive. Topaz Moment always captures in high quality and resolution, above the usual in this genre, and also lets you modify or debug them after getting them (smooth the edges, delete impurities or noise, etc). The captures can be saved in BMP, JPG, TIFF or PNG formats.

This is the version of Topaz Moment that needs a totally free registration to use it. There is also a pay version of the program with extra options.
